Jim Gray Art Gallery Fundraiser

Safe Harbor Child Advocacy Center, Inc. invites you to share the joy of award winning artist Jim Gray's work while supporting our mission of combating child abuse at the same time.

As Jim Gray's son Chris shares, "Building this door into Jim Gray Gallery for Safe Harbor Child Advocacy Center was a real challenge for me.  I met with my friend Donna Koester, the Executive Director, and knew that we wanted to help."

Chris goes on to say, "You see, child abuse is not a warm and fuzzy cause that you can easily trumpet.  Saving the hemlock trees or bears in the Smokies, or saving a child from cancer is a train that is easy to get on board.  Child Abuse is ugly.  It hurts and it offends.  So I asked Donna to help me tell what it is that Safe Harbor does in a way that a child, a parent, or a grandparent could all understand."

To share Donna's explanation to her 4 year old grandson, please visit www.jimgraygallery.com.  Once you arrive at their home page, type in the word SAFE in the top left corner, where it asks for you to enter your code or password.

When you make a purchase on-line while using the SAFE code, Jim Gray Gallery will donate 50% of the purchase price to Safe Harbor Child Advocacy Center.

PLUS, you will automatically be entered into a drawing for a Jim Gray print valued at up to $1,500 during the upcoming Christmas holiday season 2008.

Please help the Jim Gray on-line Gallery support SAFE HARBOR's mission while at the same time becoming the proud owner of a spectacular piece of art depicting the Smokies, or perhaps a scene on the ocean, Jim's two favorite locals.  Feel free to share this offer with your friends.  With the holidays just around the corner, don't forget to purchase gifts of Jim's art for your friends and family as well.  Your generosity will go a long way to help us heal and recover the child victims of physical and sexual abuse in our community.
