Safe Harbor Child Advocacy Center

A night of soothing acoustical music over a cup of specially prepared coffee is on tap October 21 in Jefferson City.  The Safe Harbor Child Advocacy Center is partnering with Johnson’s Brewing Station for a local fundraiser to aid in their mission to assist child-victims of sexual abuse, as well as other forms of severe abuse and neglect.

“We are very excited about this opportunity to raise awareness about Safe Harbor’s mission to serve child-victims of abuse in the Fourth Judicial District”, said Barry Fain, president of Safe Harbor’s board of directors.  “This is the second event for which a local business in our county has partnered with us to raise awareness and funds for our work.”

Bands from around the area will perform between 4 and 11 p.m. at Johnson’s Brewing Station, located on Russell Avenue near Highway 11-E.  Admission tickets are $5 in advance, or $7 at the door.  Advance tickets are available at Johnson’s Brewing Station, and room 200A of the Baker Building at Carson-Newman College.
